Vidal's Story

Querida Edie,

My initial reason to learn to dance was so that I could dance swing with my Mother; however, once I started Ballroom dancing I learned to love it for an internal reason.

Each Dance has its own attitude and feel even though they all have the common ground of Quick Quick Slow.

Salsa to me is the dance of Water and Air. The hip movement representing the the water system and the chest reprisenting the airy system. Once the hips loosen and release the kundalini energy and the music heats up the fire system the heart opens to allow the energy to flows to and through the eitheric zone and straight to the eye center.

Other dances have a similar effect but a different route.

Un Abrazo

Vidal
